Policy

  • • Summer and concert reservations require full payment at the time of booking. Deposit payments are not accepted.
    • For summer groups all members of the group must be paid for 60 days before the group’s arrival date. If rooms are reserved for a group and not paid for within this timeframe we will remove them from the group and allow other guests to book the rooms if they are interested.
    • Summer cancellations: Summer reservation cancellations are accepted as long as they are made 7 days prior to arrival date minus a $20 per person cancellation fee. Cancellation requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
    • Concert cancellations: All concert purchases are final. There are no refunds unless the concert is completely canceled.
    • Summer rates are charged per person per night.
    • $89 per person per night for a downstairs room (summer rate).
    • $80 per person per night for an upstairs room (summer rate).
    • All rates are charged a 5% service charge and tax.
    • Children 4-11 are 1/2 price.
    • Children 3 and younger are free.
    • No pets.
    • Check in: 3pm on arrival dates.
    • Check out: 11am on departure date.
    • Quiet time: 11pm.
    • Rates and policies subject to change without notice.
