Advance Deposit Policy: To hold your booking we will charge your  credit card at the time of booking. The advance deposit is refundable up to forty five (45) days prior to your arrival date, less a 100.00 processing charge .

Confirmed Reservations: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. A confirmed reservation will hold your accommodations through the night of your arrival.

Special Requests: Complimentary cribs (subject to availability) will be furnished upon request.

Occupancy: Maximum occupancy in the Clubhouse is 6.  Maximum occupancy in the Cottage is 2. Maximum occupancy in Farmhaven 10. Maximum occupancy in the Easterday house is 4 . Maximum occupancy in the Wildwood Annex is 7.

Weekend and Holiday Minimums: All weekend bookings require a two (2) night minimum stay. All holiday bookings from Memorial Day through Christmas require a three (3) night minimum stay.

Access: The clubhouse and cottage are on a very hilly setting with lots of high steps. Parking it situated on the top of the hill. The Clubhouse and Cottage are within walking distance to Wildwood Springs Lodge. Farmhaven is 11 miles from Wildwood.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Clubhouse,Springhouse, Easterday House and Farmhaven. Should a pet be discovered you will be billed a $100 cleaning and deodorizing fee. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact our Vacation Planner.

No Smoking Policy: Guests electing to ignore our no smoking policy in any of the guest houses will be assessed a $100 cleaning and deodorizing fee.

Check-In Time: Our check-in time is 3:00pm. If you intend to arrive before 3:00pm, please notify the Wildwood Springs Front Desk. We will make every effort to have your room available to you, but we suggest that you plan to occupy your accommodations after that time. You are invited to enjoy the resort facilities before you check in on the scheduled day of your arrival.

Check-Out Time: Our check-out time is 11:00am. A late charge of $100 will be charged to rooms that are not vacant after 11:00am and full rate after 3:00pm. Fees will be waived with any pre-approved late checkout.

Room Damages: You are responsible for leaving the guest houses in the same condition (with normal usage) as it was found when you arrived. The registered guest will be held responsible for any and all damages to the room found during or after departure. This property is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We assume no responsibility for accidents or injuries to guests or vehicles.

Meals: Meals are not provided.

Concert Nights: Guests will be required to purchase tickets to attend any concert.
